Once you complete your payment, your product is delivered:

✔ Automatically
✔ To your registered email address

You will receive:

• A confirmation email

• Full access to your digital files

2. Sometimes Emails Drop Into Gmail Spam Folder

Due to Google’s email filtering, digital files may sometimes land in the Spam or Promotions tab instead of the main Inbox.

👉 If you don’t see the file in your Inbox within a few minutes, please check:

• All Mail

3. What To Do If You Still Don’t Receive Your File

If the product link is not visible even after checking all folders, please follow the steps:

• Correct email address

We will deliver your product to the correct email.

5. Link Not Working or File Not Opening

In case your link:

• Isn’t opening

• Is expired

• Shows an error

• Doesn’t load

If we cannot provide a working alternative link, a refund will be issued as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. No Physical Shipping

All products on DigiProductHub.in are 100% digital.
You will not receive any physical product via courier.
Everything is delivered via email or instant download.
